  • Mold the pieces.
  • Leave for 30 min.
  • Oven Temp: 155ºC.
  • Cooking time in oven rested: 14 min.
  • Fill when cool.

  • 1000 g Macarons
  • 170-190 g  Water to 20ºC
  • Liquid colorant
