How to use

  • Knead all the ingredients until you obtain a thin elastic dough
  • Mold the pieces
  • Ferment at 35ºC at 70% humidity
  • Allow to settle and bake in an over at 220-210ºC

Dose:

  • 1000 g Cre L
  • 30-40 g Yeast
  • 400 g Water
