Powdered mix for the preparation of yeast dough.

How to use
- Knead all the ingredients until you obtain a thin elastic dough
- Mold the pieces
- Ferment at 35ºC at 70% humidity
- Allow to settle and bake in an over at 220-210ºC

- 1000 g Cre L
- 30-40 g Yeast
- 400 g Water
