Berliner Wolken

To produce all kind of donuts, Danish pastries and yeast dough.

 

How to use:

  • Knead all the ingredients until you obtain a thin elastic dough to 24-25ºC.
  • Mold the pieces
  • Ferment between 30-32ºC at 70% humidity
  • Frying
